And so the packing begins with 40 x boxes, 30 meters of the biggest roll of bubble wrap you've ever seen, 3 rolls of packing tape and I'm off!

Getting ready for my world trip

I'm in full prep mode for my 8 month ling trip:
New suitcase - check; New swimmers - check, New laptop - check... you get the idea.

I'm also moving out of my house and popping all my stuff into storage, this is weirding me out a bit as I think it'll be odd not having a home to come back too or miss.

My trip kicks off in 40 days! Starting with Hong Kong in January via Beijing, Tenerife, UK, Turin, Stockholm, Vancouver, Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, San Francisco and back to Sydney in August.

I am beyond excited and will try and blog something every couple of weeks about the food, culture, architecture, airports, etc. I'm planning on photographing everything and I'm going to attempt to do a tshirt blog too - design a tshirt that is themed/influenced by whichever country I happen to be in at the time.

Right off to start packing my stuff up then...
